Rich Schoonover

For the last six years, Rich Schoonover has been the Virginia State Police’s COMLINC / Interoperability manager. He oversaw a complete COMLINC system upgrade and stood up a full-time support team for the COMLINC system. He has over 20 years of experience as an IT professional. He has provided interoperable solutions in several events such as the Truck Convoy in 2022, I 95 Snow event, Lobby Day and the Governor’s Inauguration.
