
Trebia Rodgers
With over 30 years in emergency services, Trebia Rodgers is a seasoned expert in emergency management and telecommunications. A BETST Certified Telecommunicator Instructor, she has trained countless professionals in critical response areas and in so doing, ensures excellence in emergency communications. As a Mississippi Certified Emergency Manager since 1998, Trebia has led responses to major disasters, including Hurricane Andrew, the 1994 Ice Storm, Hurricane Katrina and the 2019 Mississippi Flood. Her crisis leadership has earned her multiple awards such as the Mississippi Emergency Management Director’s Award for Excellence (2024) and the BETST Award (2001). During her time as a Grenada County EMA & 911 Director, she enhanced emergency response operations and community preparedness. Trebia serves on the Commercial Mobile Radio Service Board (appointed by Governor Tate Reeves) and is an active member of the MS 911 Coordinators Board. She has also served multiple terms on the Mississippi Civil Defense / Emergency Management Association Board. Trebia is committed to public safety and continues to shape the next generation of emergency responders and strengthen community resilience.
