Jim Lantzy leverages tools, and instructional innovation and open thought to deliver curriculum that is real-time, agile, and relevant with today’s ever-changing cyber environment.  Building upon his relationships across academia and industry, Lantzy works to provide opportunities to enhance and develop leaders at every level.

His passion comes from enabling others to work toward their strengths and provide them with the resources needed to achieve their goals.  He is a proponent that true continuous learning occurs outside of classrooms and that [the act of doing] through experiential learning opportunities allow a unique avenue where students can realize their full potential. With varying leadership experiences over a 26-year career in the federal government, he uses opportunities to leverage his diverse educational background in accounting, industrial relations and personnel management. Lantzy holds a Doctorate in Arts and Humanities.
